Christmas is not just a
celebration, but an experience.A truly magical experience that needs to
be found. Each and every one of us has a certain charmed moment during the
holidays, a certain mystique that no one else can experience.
Kids and kids-at-heart are
expected to enjoy an enchanting Christmas at all SM malls nationwide starting
this weekend, November 6 to 8, with well-loved cartoon and toy characters
joining the launch revelries of SM’s Grand Christmas celebration.
Festivities start at SM North
EDSA on November 6, where all-time favorite Disney characters were present
during the launch of “A Season of Magic”. To make the event more meaningful,
children from a selected beneficiary were given a chance to personally meet
Disney characters Mickey Mouse and Donald Duck, and had a first peek at the
main attraction – the Disney Village. A medley of favorite Disney songs was
performed by the Manila Philharmonic Orchestra and the Mandaluyong Children’s
Choir.
Throughout the weekend, the fun
continues with other malls all over the country simultaneously launching their
own Christmas centerpieces featuring various animated characters and Christmas
themes. These include Disney’s Frozen, Barbie, Cartoon Network, Toy Factory and
100 Elves, Snoopy and Charlie Brown, Nickelodeon, Disney Princess, Disney
Junior, Adventure Time, Lego Christmas Adventure, and Sanrio Holiday, among
others.

children everywhere as SM officially starts the holiday with our biggest themed
Christmas celebrations yet. Christmas at our malls is for kids and the young at
heart, so we have gathered the most number of cartoon and comic character
themes ever in our 55 malls nationwide. Each mall will be decorated with giant
installations and picture-worthy pockets of Christmas fun that will form part

Enter a magical town with these well-loved
characters that Disney is known for. SM City North Edsa recreates the home of classic
Disney legends-- Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse, Goofy, Donald Duck, and Pluto!Overflowing
and playful Christmas decors like gift
boxes, colorful Christmas garlands and a 24-ft high Christmas Tree sets the
mood for the Holidays!
Mickey’s House: Explore this charmingly quirky mouse house,
stroll through Mickey’s backyard and take your photos with his shiny car.
Minnie’s House: Spot the heart-shaped sign and have your
photos taken in front of the white picket fence! This rosy home is full of
sweet surprises with Minnie wishing shoppers all the best!
Goofy’s Diner: Scamper around this hilarious house with a
loony layout that could only have been built by Goofy himself. It's the
goofiest place around!
DisneyGift Shop: Find a collection of Disney souvenirs, collectibles, toys,

Mickey and Donald live on November 7-8
Celebrate the most wonderful time with a series of
yuletide festivities, retelling of the tale that started it all! Rub
elbows with celebrated Disney stars and have a close encounter with your
favorite duo Mickey Mouse and Donald Duck all dressed to the nines and looking
for a close-up with you this weekend, November 7 to 8 at the Block Atrium.
Shoppers can actively share
their holiday merriments inside the SM Supermalls by posting their photos on
